As a Senior Project Manager, I led the Forewarned is Forearmed (FWFA) project, aptly named Extreme MLA. Overseeing a dedicated team, we completed the project to the utmost satisfaction of our esteemed client, Meat & Livestock Australia. Our collective efforts culminated when the Bureau acknowledged the team's exceptional performance by conferring the Excellence Award during the 2022 award ceremony.
The FWFA project, with a budget of $5.2 million, exemplified our commitment to efficient project management practices. The FWFA project team completed well within the allocated budget and delivered ahead of schedule, showcasing the team's proficiency in meeting and exceeding project timelines.
